OBB makes every attempt to assist customers in locating the direct replacement for their part in many ways such as searches by make and model, photographs sent by email, but the best way to match parts is by providing an OEM part number for the item you wish to purchase. Please note that when a sales representative provides a part number being that OBB does not physically have the part in question, it is a recommendation based on the information provided by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to view the picture(s) of the recommended part number provided on our website, to confirm it is indeed the part they physically have. Should a picture not be available on the website, please contact customer service and an example may be available to be sent via email. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance from those store models pictured on the website.
Should customers have additional doubts after viewing any part, an OBB representative will be more than happy to provide additional technical specifications, if available. OBB Starters and Alternators are not responsible for parts purchased in error by customer and are subject to return policy listed below. Once again, we encourage customers to locate replacement parts online using the OEM part number specifically used by the application in question. This method will significantly reduce the chance of an erroneous order.
Once part has been delivered, please inspect your part. All issues or damage must be reported within 24 hours either by email or phone call to customer service.

Returns & Exchanges
Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website, the receipt or packing slip, or in the following terms, OBB Starters and Alternators will accept qualified* products for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. To request a return or RMA number, please contact our Sales Department via e-mail, chat or by calling our toll free number.
Our sales department, within one (1) business day, will issue you a RMA number along with the corresponding return address for you to use when shipping the part back to OBB. Customers must clearly print the RMA Number provided on the exterior shipping box. Regardless of where it was shipped from, your return must be sent to the address provided together with your RMA number. Returns sent without following this procedure will not be processed. All part(s) must be received by us within 30 days of the original purchase date or issuance of RMA number or credit will not be issued. All qualified* and warrantied returns are inspected and/or tested. For quicker return processing, please be sure to email customer service with the return tracking number so that the return can also be tracked in our system.
For warrantied parts, credit will be issued in the form of a replacement part only, unless the part is out of stock at the time of replacement in which case a full refund will be issued. Should a replacement part need to be shipped, it will not be sent out until part(s) in question is received, inspected and/or tested. Warranty will be void if part has been opened or altered or improperly installed. Warranty does not cover damage due to water or corrosion, physical damage or abuse, normal wear and tear. In cases where time is of the essence, it is suggested a duplicate part be ordered and once the warrantied part has been received by the warehouse and tested, the appropriate credit will be issued.
Please note that we recommend these parts be installed by a qualified professional. Many times, do-it-yourself installation, although cost effective to you at the moment, may result in damage to your new part and prevent you from diagnosing and correcting the real issue at hand. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the total purchase price at the moment of refund. Should a call tag be requested, said fee will also be deducted from the purchase price at the time of refund. Return processing may take up to 15 business days, not including holidays, from the time your product is delivered to the receiving facility.
For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return with the ability to track your part(s) and/or receive delivery confirmation. OBB Starters and Alternators shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from receiving facility for returns and exchanges will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable.
In the event the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described above, we will photograph the part(s) and/or packaging and send you the photos taken via e-mail with a statement as to why the return was denied. The part(s) will be returned to you after shipping arrangements are made.
OBB Starters and Alternators reserve the right to refuse a sale.
* Qualified products include part(s) that are found to be in original, undamaged packaging and in new and clean condition; further clarifying that such part(s) has not been installed, opened, damaged in any way, altered, replaced, and/or missing any parts both within and outside the unit.
